About Me

I come from a small but beautiful island in the Caribbean named Grenada with a population of approximately 100K persons where unemployment stands at around 30% and among youth is even higher at around 50%. A significant portion of our population exist below or close to the poverty line. I always believed that education is the key to moving one out of poverty, and it is one of the fundamental reasons that notwithstanding the obvious odds I took a leap of faith with very little resources to pursue higher education.
I was successful in graduating from Florida Institute of Technology with a Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering. I was also honored as the Outstanding Student of The Year in Software Engineering for 2016-2017. I concentrated in Web Development - Full Stack Development - and Machine Learning. I am a very passionate, honest and self driven individual who knows what persistence and dedication can reward. I have learned to overcome adversities as they come, rather than being a victim of circumstance.
